Founded in 1981 as Taiwan’s first professional liquid egg company, Chinyi supplies shell eggs, functional eggs, and processed egg products to a wide customer base, from five-star hotels and neighborhood bakeries to world champion pastry shops.

Chinyi has been a long-standing user of SANOVO egg-breaking technology. Their journey began with the SBS2001 model, later expanding to the SBS3001 and the OptiBreaker 12. Today, they operate the latest BreakerPro 6, reflecting their continued trust in SANOVO solutions and commitment to advancing their production capabilities.

With continuous investments in advanced equipment, including SANOVO’s complete egg processing systems, Chinyi today operates Taiwan’s largest continuous pasteurization system alongside fully automated egg washing and selection lines. Most recently, the company upgraded its facilities with the BreakerPro 6, Pasteurizer, and SANOVO’s innovative Wave Technology for liquid egg shelf life extension.
