This week, THORNICO Group CEO Christian Stadil had the great pleasure of welcoming Bhutan’s visionary and Hon'ble Prime Minister, H.E. Dasho Tshering Tobgay, for a four-day visit to Denmark.
Bhutan’s Prime Minister, H.E. Dasho Tshering Tobgay, visited Denmark as part of an official program and was welcomed by THORNICO Group CEO Christian Stadil. The visit underscored the strong ties between Bhutan and Denmark and highlighted the ambitious Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC) initiative, in which Christian Stadil has played a central role. GMC caries global relevance for health, sustainability, and mindful living, areas closely aligned with THORNICO’s long-term outlook.

- A lecture on transformational leadership at Niels Brock, followed by breathwork and a visit to the THORNICO Library, donated by THORNICO Group.
- A meeting with Mads Krogsgaard Thomsen, CEO of the Novo Nordisk Foundation, covering health, biodiversity, and longevity.
- A visit to SANOVO TECHNOLOGY GROUP headquarters in Odense to explore innovative food technology solutions.
- An evening gathering at the historic Harridslevgaard Castle, offering space for dialogue and relationship-building.
