• Egg Grading

  At the core of this grading station is the SANOVO GraderPro 220, a high-capacity solution handling up to 79,200 eggs per hour. Known for its precision and gentle egg handling, the GraderPro 220 ensures consistent and efficient grading.

  In this setup, eggs are first processed through the Jet Washer and Egg Dryer, ensuring they are clean and ready for grading. The Vision AI Crack Detection then carefully inspects each egg for cracks, using advanced artificial intelligence for an accurate and no contact process. Following, eggs are weighed with high precision for perfect grade A packing.

  Finally, the system seamlessly integrates a denester to supply empty cartons and automates the packing process, ensuring eggs are securely packed and ready for distribution.

  The GraderPro 220, combined with these automated features, streamlines operations while maintaining exceptional performance and quality.

  

• Advanced Packing Lanes
