OptiGrader 450: Reliable Inline Grading with Hygienic Design
The OptiGrader 450 is designed for producers requiring increased capacity while maintaining high hygiene standards. Built with FCM-approved materials and reduced moving parts, it ensures reliable grading performance and simplified maintenance. Optional CIP systems, UVC technology, and wash-down facilities meet the highest food safety standards, protecting both product quality and consumer health.
Its four-track design operates at lower speeds to protect eggs during grading while achieving consistent throughput.
The OptiGrader 450 is specially designed only for in-line operations.
Packing Lane Options
The OptiGrader Series offers flexible packing lane configurations to suit different operational needs:
- OptiLanes – Fully washable and equipped with the industry-leading OptiDenester. Ideal for operations handling multiple egg pack types, offering versatility and hygiene.
- HC Lanes – High-capacity lanes using a simpler, non-washable design with a basic denester. Best suited for operations running mostly the same egg packs, providing a cost-effective solution.
