Tray Washer - Off-line STW-2/3

The SANOVO STW-2/3 Tray Washer is an off-line tray washing solution designed for efficient cleaning and drying of plastic trays. Operating as stand-alone equipment, it does not require attachment to an OptiLoader, making it a flexible and cost-effective addition to any egg processing facility.

With high-pressure spray nozzles operating at 5 bar, the system ensures thorough removal of dirt and contaminants while optimizing water usage through a built-in collection and filtration system. The spin-drying system guarantees that trays are completely dry and ready for immediate reuse.

For operational flexibility, the STW-2/3 is available in two configurations:
✔️ STW-2 – Cleans and dries up to 6,500 trays/hour with two de-stackers.
✔️ STW-3 – Cleans and dries up to 10,000 trays/hour with three de-stackers.
