Support under pressure
For Marco Trani, Head of Maintenance at Burnbrae’s Mississauga facility, dependability is what makes the difference:
“Contacting SANOVO support hasn’t been an issue. When I needed to get a hold of somebody, I got somebody pretty much right away. They were quick in responding, whether it was an email or a phone call.”
He recalls a late-night incident when the palletizing robot got stuck:
“It was around 9:00 at night. I called a SANOVO tech, and he answered the phone right away. He talked me through the fix, and it worked. It was much appreciated — such a simple solution, but it saved us a lot of time.”
Marco adds that the ongoing service visits are not just about fixing issues — they’re about learning:
“When SANOVO technicians come in, it’s a learning curve for me. If there’s something I’ve missed, they pick up on it and show me. It makes operating the equipment so much easier and gives me more confidence.”
