Semi-automatic Powder Product Filling Line for easy packaging of your ingredient powder
The Semi-automatic Filling Line produced by SANOVO is engineered to allow manufacturers to package powder efficiently, reliably, and with minimal complexity. This equipment is specifically designed for user-friendly operation.
Key Features:
- Automatic and accurate dosing via 2 augers (coarse and fine)
- Rotating magnet removing ferrous particles in powder stream
- No need for operator during filling process
- Vibrators to avoid internal powder build up inside the hopper
The Semi-automatic Filling Line has depending on the configuration a capacity range up to 650-800 kg/hour @ 25 kg bag/box. In case of higher capacity needs additional filling lines can be added without need of additional operators.
