The Automatic Tray Washer washes, sanitizes, final rinses, and dries trays at a rapid pace.
This system easily cleans over 1,000 trays/hour. The trays are run through a series of organized steps to achieve a pharmaceutical sanitary clean tray.
The tray washer is typically straight, but it can be retrofitted for any situation or room. The tray washer consists of three units, each having specific functions. All units have a CIP (Clean-In-Place) system built-in and used at the end of every production day.
