Dairy, milk and liquid egg products are products that are commonly being spray dried, either to a food product as an ingredient compound.

Today customized dairy products (i.e. cheese) or egg products called ‘compounds’ are produced by adding different value adding ingredients – typically proteins like soy, milk or starch, either in liquid or powder form.

Along with milk it is very common food products to be spray dried.  The SANOVO Horizontal Box spray dryer is developed and designed for drying egg and liquid products in smaller up to midsized capacities and produces high-quality ingredient powder with low energy consumption.
