Book our Spray Drying test center and test your product before investing in the machine

Our pilot plant is available for you during R&D and product development. You can test your product before investing in new machinery. Besides testing your product on a spray dryer, you will have experts at your side all the way.

We have more than 40 years’ experience in building spray dryers, and we take pride in sharing know-how with you.

Our test center provides an ideal environment for testing how our powder technology can be seamlessly integrated into your production line. With tailored trials and tests on specific products or processes, we help you achieve optimal results and confidence before making a purchase or implementing new processes.

We have installed a Spray Dryer to carry out trials for our existing and new customers. We invite you to send us a sample of your liquid product, in order to test the quality and properties of the product after being spray dried.

Not sure whether your product is ready for spray drying?

Before the actual drying test is conducted we carry out a a pre-examination of your product.

This is a visual inspection of your product to evaluated if it can be spray dried or not.

Reserve time for a test trial

The test require you to bring product for 5-8 hours of dryer operation and is usually brought to us in IBC containers. Please note: The time from production to drying can have an impact on the final result. Calculate with one sample pr. day.

The amount of powder to produce will depend on:

Product properties
Demand to heat, solid content and the volume
TS of the feed
Number of parameters to be tested
The final powder will be shipped back to you in order to conduct further tests.

We carry out a full blown test

We have installed a box dryer to carry out trials for our existing and new customers.

We invite you to send us a sample of your liquid product, in order to test the quality and properties of your spray dried product produced on Box Spray Dryer Pilot Unit.
